1. Property Registration
View apartment: Detailed on-site intake and advice on rental market.
Register apartment: Apartment description and photos are stored in our database.
Promote apartment: Positioning of apartment on web, in mailings, and databases.

2. Tenant Search
Screen candidates: Match the rental client profile with your apartment.
Feedback: Regular market updates and feedback after client viewings upon request.

3. Negotiation
Rotterdam Apartments B.V. consultant helps with the negotiations between the tenant and the owner.
Create contract: Create clear rental agreement between owner and client.

4. Check-In Services
Review inventory: The owner will provide a complete inventory list which the Rotterdam Apartments B.V. Consultant will use to perform a proper check-in with the client. The tenant will sign a statement saying the inventory list matches the items present.
Rotterdam Apartments B.V. Consultant will inspect the condition of the apartment at check-in and make notes of any findings.
Receive payment: Administration of initial payment and security deposit.

5. Management Service
Service desk: First-line support to both owners and rental clients.
Expert network: Access to third-party specialists (e.g. cleaners, plumbers).

6. Check-Out Services
Review inventory: Apartment and inventory reviewed and a report made.
Administer deposit: Provide specification to client of outstanding deposit amount.
Locate next tenant: Promote apartment and locate new rental client.
